Steel Cut Oats
1 1/4 cup water
1/3 cup steel cut oats
2 tbs. pearl barley
Refrigerate: 4 hours or overnight.
When ready to enjoy: add 1/8 tsp. salt + microwave 3-6 minutes.
Top with greek yogurt + honey + cinnamon + dried cherries.

Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
3 3/4 cups water
1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
2/3 cup toasted wheat germ
1/4 tsp. salt
Bring to a boil; lower + simmer 6 minutes.
Top with 1/2 cup sliced banana + 1 tbs. brown sugar + 1 tsp. butter
